Clubhouse Reservations

The Creekside Village of Los Gatos Clubhouse may be reserved by any Homeowner (HOA Member) on a first come, first serve basis as often as needed and upon confirmation. There is a Security / Cleaning Deposit of $100.00 required for the use of the Clubhouse.

The Creekside Village Clubhouse procedures are as follows:

• The homeowner contacts Grayson Community Management (GCM) for room availability. When room availability is confirmed, the homeowner mails their deposit check of $100 along with the application form.
• The Security/Cleaning Deposit check is payable to Creekside Village of Los Gatos Homeowners Association and mailed:

• GCM will mail the key to the homeowner within (2) days prior to the event. The homeowner may also request to pick up the key in person at the GCM Santa Clara Office.

The homeowner reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for any damage or violation of regulations and/or laws resulting from and related to the event for which the reservation was made. The hours available for use are 9:00AM to 10:00PM, seven (7) days a week.

Homeowners and their guests may not cause a nuisance to other residents. This includes, but is not limited to, noise, noise producing activities and noxious or other offensive activities. At no time are noise producing activities to occur between 10:00PM and 9:00AM.
